GIVING SEASON

Faith Place is a Christian, interdenominational, contemporary, Bible-based, grace-oriented, metropolitan fellowship, that infuses faith into culture with love and acceptance, thereby fostering an environment where those of us who are disconnected from God or from church can move to having a power-packed relationship with God. Our name alone describes the type of community that we are – a fellowship of faith and power!

Faith Place church has initiated and led many community initiatives including but not limited to

  • PS. 130 Bouche school beautification – painting classrooms, hallways, and outside planting.
  • School and Afterschool supply provisions and replenishment at Homes for Homeless Shelter.
  • Hope Day NYC sponsor and leaders for various sites – Food provisions, basketball tournament, and giveaways.
  • GGG Giveaways feeding for Thanksgiving.
  • Angel Tree giveaway site sponsors and gifts 50 families of incarcerated community members with Christmas gifts.
  • Migrant support and donations for 4 families 
  • Brothers of Spiritual Significance – LEARN & DO series, exposing black males to successful entrepreneurs.
  • Phat Phriday Program- exposing high school students from at-risk communities to spiritual and academic empowerment in the Queens community. 
  • Feeding Homeless at Bowery Mission
  • Hopeline pantry replenishment and stocking 5000 pounds of food.
  • Hopeline Clean diaper campaign supplies hundreds of diapers for disenfranchised mothers.
  • Haiti clothing and shoe donations
  • School supply drive for homeless in South Carolina
  • Children’s Cancer Partners initiative sponsor and contributors supporting children with cancer in NYC
  • Community Paint & Sip
  • Self-Defense Workshop for community
